| Pacific Air Control was founded in
1977. As a journey-level technician with
over twenty years in the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning industry,
Gary Ruttan, PAC's present owner,
saw the need for a high quality, dependable service and construction
company. Thus Pacific Air Control was created. Presently, we maintain over one thousand sites in the Pacific Northwest. We have the expertise to work on virtually all types of HVAC and control systems and our technicians receive rigorous ongoing training to stay ahead of the technological advances within the industry. We maintain a wide variety of office buildings, financial institutions, medical facilities, government institutions, telecommunications cell sites and computer rooms. Our technicians are also trained on older equipment as some of our customers are in renovated classic office buildings with older mechanical systems. Serving the entire state of Washington, Oregon,
Western and Central Idaho, Pacific Air Control has the depth and the people
to respond to any situation promptly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
